Last Week

Want to post something but don't want to write so copy and past it is, here's last weeks training

Monday 20x2'/1' 26.5 km Feeling good about last week, ready for a solid start to this one. 2'er just what I needed. Did first 15 with Milne and Scull, quick and in control. Felt strong towards end + 6 CP hills
Tuesday am / pm 28 km am 17k with Vollms, easy run... pm 11k trot
Wednesday off km sitter snow bound in Fergus..no run, wanted to run on treadmill
Thursday 3/24/2011 23 km 30' trot outside, knee not liking snow, 74' on TM
Friday tempo 45' of work 28 km 3 3x15' with middle being 5'+5x1'/1'+5'
3:09- 3:06&3:04 - 3:07
good workout on P, -5, solo during
Satuday am / pm 24 km am 16k easy + pm 8k to gym and back
Sunday long run 28 km 28k easy with Vollmer.... this week right knee giving me a little grief, easy runs and walking

Looking Forward

Been over 160k last few weeks. Things are progressing, had best workout in months last week (40' tempo ave 3:10k) but then also skipped one for various reasons. Expecting good one this week.
