What have I been up to you ask, well lets start with running. After a miserable fall I'm back at it in 2011. My right hip, knee, and foot alignment issues are still there but I'm managing them way better now. Last few weeks I've been hitting 130k with a couple workouts. Feel as though I'm settling into a good rhythm. Now need to set a side a lot more time for stretching and untwisting exercises which is allowing me to get in my runs pain free for the most part.
Decide not to racing a marathon this spring. It was an easy decision in the end, body can't handle that strain right now. The plan is to race a few times on the roads this spring. Most of my emphasis will be on doing the little things that'll get me strong.
