I’m in Belgium now preparing for a 5000m this Sunday in Heusden. I feel ready to run well and have been sticking to my original training scheme Dave a I laid out some months back. Onward and upwards I go...

My son, David, and I along with several other Guelph Victors enjoyed our time chatting with you and your Speed River Track and Field Club team mates at the Open House a few weeks ago. No doubt we and many others share in your happiness.
I took liberty to write to my "cousin" Tricia Cameron who works with the Town of Antigonish, Nova Scotia. Tricia wrote back "Thank you so much for passing this on to me. We all know Eric and admire him a great deal...this is wonderful news and he deserves every bit of recognition he gets."
